firefox simultaneous installer

(windows) when running firefox at the same time as installing a new version, the installer doesn't let me cancel the install to go kill the running the current firefox. "Click OK to forcequit.... no choice whatsoever".

the nipple mouse (ultrapoint)'s occasional bias toward a certain direction is getting more annoying (I'm not sure if more frequent). Sometimes it just goes on its own in a certain direction without me touching it.
